Jason Ruiz
Principal
Jason is a member of the investment team and has experience underwriting and executing private equity and debt transactions. Prior to CapitalSpring, Jason worked for Praesidian Capital, a lower middle-market investment fund, where he executed debt and equity investments across various industries. Prior to Praesidian, Jason worked in the real estate group at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and at STAG Capital Partners, a real estate investment company. Jason holds a BS in Finance and Management from Boston College.
