Sam is a member of the investment team and supports the execution of new investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining CapitalSpring, Sam worked as an investment banking analyst with Intrepid Investment Bankers in Los Angeles, where he focused on M&A transactions in the Restaurant & Franchise Concepts and Supply Chain & Logistics sectors. Sam holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
